I offer beginners and intermediate classes with a view to expanding as the demand grows.
My intention is to reach out to the community and share how yoga can benefit the mind, body & soul.
I am excited to offer a relaxing Wind Down Yoga class at the The Old School in Long Melford on Tuesday's from 7.30-8.45pm, Chair Yoga classes at Wells Hall Old School, in Great Cornard, Sudbury, Suffolk on Friday's from 10-11am with Tea, Cake and a natter afterwards. I also teach Chair Yoga at The Old School, Long Melford on Friday's from 1.15-2.30pm.
I am also available for private classes.
10% of all profits go to 'Mind' charity to support and give advice to people with mental health problems.

Hi, my name is Karen Dunnett and I am a newly qualified yoga instructor. I completed my teacher training at Yoga London in December 2020 specialising in Vinyasa Flow style yoga. I have been practicing yoga for approximately 7 years and it started as a way to relax and unwind from my hectic life, bringing up 2 kids on my own and working full time in a fast paced and sometimes stressful job.
Although I had always been very fit and active, going to the gym most days and enjoying long cycle rides at the weekend, at the age of 50, my long commute to work each day and a heavy work schedule began to take their toll on my body and mental wellbeing. I decided that a change in lifestyle was what I needed and yoga had always helped me deal with life's up's and down's and I could see the benefits it brought in helping to keep my body supple.
I wanted to share my love of yoga and show how it could benefit others. I completed my training over the year, took redundancy from my job and sold my house in Surrey to move to the beautiful Suffolk countryside to begin a new life with my partner.
