An alternative to traditional yoga using a chair for support and for sitting. Perfect for people who find getting up and down from the floor a little challenging or who need support whilst doing exercises to help increase strength and stability. No experience necessary.
If you cannot make a class the following restrictions apply: Greater than 24 hours prior to class please contact me as soon as possible. You can either rescheduled for another date or you can have a refund for the missed class. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to class please contact me as soon as possible. You will not be able to reschedule the class or entitled to a refund but as emergencies sometimes crop up I will send you a link to the recording of the class.
